Passionate animal lover, and vet nurse, that has raised and helped animals since I was young. •2012 completed my certificate II in animal studies. •2012 I started off at the cattery at the RSPCA. After a few months I moved up to the clinic to care for the animals in surgery. •2013-2014 A year later I completed my certificate III in companion animal services. •Mid 2014 until the start of 2015, I first started volunteering at the local vet and moving up to more hands on animal care. •2015 left RSPCA. Started working at the local vet. As a trainee vet nurse for 6 months. I have connected with customers, been in surgery and adopted out kittens. I love getting to know the owner and making them feel welcomed at the vet. Being a pet owner myself, I know how they feel. When taking care of your fur kids, I can send updated photos and phone calls. When we first meet, I would love to get to know your pet first, although I love all animals, not all of them love me. To make sure I'm taking care of your pet to my 150% ability. I have made a small 'pet profile' for when we first meet. I would go through any specifications such as food or medication to give, any specific feeding times, while you are on holiday. I want to make sure you are absolutely happy with my service before and after. If you need me, I will try and be there for you. I do have a cat, and bringing your pet to mine, to take care of them, may stress both pet's out. The good thing is taking care of your pet at your home; they are more comfortable and happy with the familiar environment. Regarding my services Home visits include: Checking mail Checking on the animal. Making sure they have enough food and water. Cleaning litter boxes/feces in the backyard Watering plant's Giving them a brush I try and spend minimum 30 minutes per visit If pet sitting dog's, walking is included in the 'visiting' prices. Walking prices are only if you would like JUST WALKING. Maximum 30 minutes per walk. Just spending time with them, whether it be just pats, a brush or keeping them entertained with their toy's. Making them feel comfortable and happy. I am able to look after more than one client at a time.
