We are a couple in our late 20s/early 30s living in the inner west with our rescue greyhound. We both work/study full time and alternate working from home days so there's always someone to keep your pup company! We will not leave them alone, and only host one dog at a time (plus our resident dog!)

Our garden-level unit has a dog-proofed spacious open living space and a fenced paved backyard, with all food/hazardous items kept away. We are right next to a quiet dog park and very close to 2 other bigger parks, so very convenient for outdoor play or lunchtime walkies if they wish to burn some energy. For overnight stays, we would take the pup out at least 3 times per day. Our place has everything your dog might need for a comfortable day care/ short stay - extra beds if required, water and food bowls, treats, (lots of) toys. They are welcomed to sleep in their own bed or on the lounge.

Over the past 3 years, we have cared for some doggos in the neighborhood as their owners transition back to working onsite, and love having extra canine company for both us and our greyhound boy while we work from home. He is very gentle and relaxed, no resource guarding, good with well-behaved dogs of all breeds, and has proved himself a generous and hospital host. We have lots of experience with sighthounds but have cared for other breeds as well :) We have experience with rescues and understand different types of anxiety.
