I grew up in Zimbabwe, surrounded by a wide variety of animals, which instilled in me a deep love and appreciation for all creatures. From owning a horse to spending time with many different species, my childhood was enriched by the presence of animals, especially dogs. My most recent companion, Bailey, a Labrador, was an incredible part of my life, and her passing just a few weeks ago has left a hole in my heart. Being an international student, I often feel the distance from my family, and having animals around helps ease that feeling of homesickness.

Taking some time away from college to care for pets is not only a joy for me but also a way to reconnect with the happiness animals bring. I’m passionate about being active outdoors and love incorporating exercise into my time with pets—whether it's walking, playing, or just spending time outside in nature. It’s therapeutic for me, and I know it benefits the pets as well.

I have experience with dogs of all sizes, and no matter their breed, size, or personality, I’ll make sure they get the care they deserve. I’ve worked with smaller breeds like Beagles and Spaniels, as well as larger ones such as Boerboels, Bullmastiffs, and Border Collies. I also have hands-on experience walking multiple dogs, as a family friend of mine back home owns six beautiful Beagles, whom I’d walk once a week. This experience taught me a lot about managing different dogs at once and ensuring each one gets the attention they need, whether it's a relaxed stroll or more energetic playtime. Whether they’re big or small, I am dedicated to providing them with the love, exercise, and care they need to stay happy and healthy!
