I have been travelling around Australia since October 2025 through house and farm sitting to gain experience on what it is like living in different parts of Australia.

I seek to offer the best experience looking after your pets, making sure they get the best when you cannot be there with them or you are unable to feed or walk them

I work with you to prepare and manage house and farm sits by us working together to produce a guide on the pets' home and daily routine and what is needed to look after them and their health, as well as for looking after the home or farm too if required.

I create a WhatsApp group to manage communication, such as to share arrival and departure times, plans to feed, walk or sit the pets as well as give updates with photos and anything I've noted of concern - but also share good or interesting things too.

Aside from the basics of making sure they are fed and watered (including plants too), I am someone who will talk, walk and play with your animals to keep them happy.

I have also administratered medication when I have had to, and given special massages or pampering to help arthritic pets. I have also had to help anxious dogs have safe places to be from storms when sitting in Darwin during storm season in December, as well as cope with dogs generally afraid of men (but fortunately not me!) as well as children.

I have even helped a female eclectus parrot readjust after nesting, and chooks get comfortable to lay again 

Besides dogs, cats, parrots, and chooks, I have looked after goats, sheep, and even a couple of snakes. This includes a farm sit.

I am an animal lover, and have pretty much fallen in love with all of the animals I have looked after, and tried to give them the best life I can while their pet parents are away.

I am currently looking for a base where I can have pets come and stay with me, possibly in an idyllic location where pets can get a holiday near a beach or bush like you will see in some of the photos I have shared on my profile.

For now, I am sitting pets in the homes of pawrents and other types of pet owners.

When I am staying in Sydney at the moment, it is with friends in Yarrawarrah and I am happy to do dog walking twice a day there for up to 1 hour per dog (possibly up to 3 dogs at a time) as well as look in on pets there.
