NEW CLIENTS (ALL SERVICES)

- PHONE CHAT: Conducted to establish if service will be able to be provided and to understand initial enquiry details further

- MEET & GREET: Conducted with all possible new clients after phone chat to establish if pets and booking requirements are a suitable match. Done prior to accepting bookings and a chance for owner and pets to ensure they feel comfortable with myself (NOTE: This is not a confirmation of booking)

- CLIENT INTAKE FORM: is provided upon booking payment and successful Phone Chat and Meet & Greet. Form assists owner in listing everything about pet/house and their needs including emergency contact details.

- KEY HANDOVER CONTRACT (Start and End of Booking): For peace of mind when a key is required for any booking, all owners are to sign a Key Handover Contract at start and end of booking.
