Hey, I'm Gemma. I'm originally from England and I've lived all over Australia for the last 17 years. I've spent most of my time in Perth and now I'm seeing what it's like to live in Cairns :)

I love having the freedom to move around, but it means that I can't keep my own pets, and it's a big thing that I miss. I've been house sitting for about 18 months in total and have house sat the same pets multiple times. I have included some reviews in the photos section. 

I love looking after cats and small/medium size dogs; not including bull terriers (great dogs, but they're too powerful for me). I'm happy to house sit/visit or to walk 2 dogs at a time. 

At the moment my car is in Perth and it won't be in Cairns for another few months, so I'm happy to house sit anywhere that I can get to. I will get a lift there and back from friends and as long as I can get to the shops and to the park/beach easily enough walking or getting the bus then I'm all good.

I usually work/study from home and apart from exercising and meeting friends for lunch/dinner, I'll usually spend most of my time at home.
