Hi! I'm Kirsty! I own and run a small upcoming dog training business.

I’ve started this after successfully completing a certificate 4 in companion animals and dog training via the delta Institute. My other full-time role is as a Behaviour Assessor and Rehab Trainer at the RSPCA at Wacol! This essentially means that before all the dogs get adopted I make sure they are ready for adoption.

I have now worked at the RSPCA for over three years, starting off as an Animal Attendant and working my way up to the role i'm in now. My current rate of a dog walk is $30 a dog for 30 - 45 minutes, i will only be taking one dog during this time. This is because I believe all dogs need one-on-one time with people and also for the safely of the dog I’m walking so I can solely focus on it and not get distracted walking more. If you do have a second dog I will take it on a second separate walk for an additional $15 The second service i'm offering is drop in pet sitting, this is where for $30 i will come over, check, feed, clean up after and spend some time with your pet while you are away up to an hour. I can also drop in a second time during the day if needed for an additional $20.

Lastly, I am offering in-home pet sitting! This is where i come to your place and stay with your pets! As such, I'll be there overnight to ensure that they are safe and sound while you are off enjoying your holiday stress-free! For a small number of pets that are low maintenance, I charge $40 a night. On a final note, i am happy to pet sit any and all animals as long as you disclose all the necessary requirements each of for them at the meet and greet and at said time we both feel comfortable with me caring for them while you are away. This includes dogs, cats, reptiles, fish, small mammals (rodents, guinea pigs), horses and livestock!
