Hi Pet Owners! I'm a qualified ex veterinary nurse, been working in the animal industry for a number of years both in specialist and general practice vets. I have lived with dogs since I was born, qualified zoo keeper also so can help out with general dog training if needed too! I have a fenced secure backyard and right near a range of off leash dog parks. I have a very social 11 month old kelpie pup who has a very placid chilled nature and is used to all sorts of dogs. There is not a dog she has come across that she does not get along with! Small, tall and all in between. I love walking along the coastal walks and on the beach regularly, both my partner and I are very active. I understand the stress in trusting your dog with a stranger and would treat your family member as my own, lots of spoiling and cuddles. I'm experienced with medicating, seniour dogs and puppies. We live in a quiet neighbourhood and are always home.

During your pets stay here with me, my partner will also be in full time care of your loved one. He has had dogs all his life also, and has had experience with traning his own dog. Your pet will be residing on our couch during the down time when we are having a moment of chill, and watching tv. Then, in the daytime your pet will be coming to the local dog park adjacent to the beach. When the sun is out, your dog can choose to reside on my sun loungers outside in the sun, bask in the sunlight and enjoying exploring in the backyard. I have dog friendly neighbours all around me, so your dog will be welcomed. Sometimes, we also like to walk on the lead on bush trails at Terrey Hills or enjoy the long lake walk at Narrabeen, so that is also an option for your dog. We like to walk at the dog park for 45-60 minutes. I am happy to take your dog twice a day for a walk/run at the park. I can continue on any training you are doing with your dog, from my zoo background and dog experience, I am more than capable at teaching basic skills.

My partner will be at home with your pet in the daytime of the week as he works from home, and I will be there in the afternoons, nights and full time on the weekends. I dog walk early morning during the week, after school time and then frequently on the weekends.

Pets can sleep on the couch as they wish overnight on my comfy L shaped double seater, my kelpie will be crated overnight in the living room to keep them company.

My backyard has a deck, with sun loungers for the dogs. It has a small garden bed with tall trees for the dogs to toilet under. There is a 2 metre high fence and the deck is fenced underneath so there is no access for dogs to get out or underneath. Then on the other side there is a clothesline, so no access for dogs to get out. I have a dog kennel outside for shelter for the dogs if they wish as well.
