Hi, I’m Raquel – a passionate animal lover, experienced carer, and mum of two young children. 

With 5 years experience as a veterinary surgery and emergency nurse in a mixed practice of small and large animals, and 4 years of canine obedience, I bring both knowleokdge and compassion to every animal I care for.

Growing up in rural Queensland, I’ve always had a deep bond with animals of all sizes and species. I understand that pets are family, and that’s exactly how I treat them – with patience, love, and respect.

I have cared for various species including domestic animals, avian, bovine, bovine, equine, reptiles and even a young water buffalo, too! I have also fostered many kittens and puppies as young as a day old, throughout my career.

I offer tailored, in-home visits and dog walking services, ensuring your pets feel safe, comfortable, and well-cared for in familiar surroundings. Whether it’s cuddles, playtime, medications, simple grooming or structured walks, I’m here to help give you peace of mind while keeping your furry friends happy and healthy.

Each first booking as a new client includes a complimentary meet and greet, with 1-2 further visits prior to the booking if required to help gain your pets comfort and trust in me.

Each in home care booking will receive a complimentary walk every 4 consecutive days. Please feel free to add further walks into your booking if need be. 

I  also offer short term, long term, and reoccurring care.
