Hi, my name is Jade Appleby and here's a little about myself, I am a current university student studying veterinary nursing. I am looking to build my skills and connection to the animal community by starting from the beginning, which sparks my desire to start pet sitting. I have had animals all my life from dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, budges, and lambs. I have always had a passion for animals since I was little and have wanted to pursue this passion in my career hence why I am studying at Melbourne Polytechnics to achieve a bachelor of veterinary nursing. Besides my current study, I have achieved a cert II in animal care throughout my high school education.

I would like to consider myself knowledgeable when it comes to looking after animals as my family has had some history of pet sitting under our roof, which I would help with, like feeding, cleaning, and exercising. I am willing and happy to take any kind of pet into my house and adjust my schedule to fit that of the pets to enhance their comfort in a new environment as the pet's well-being and mental state is just as important as their physical care while being looked after by a pet sitter. I am able to walk, groom and socialise your pets as well as administer medications if needed. I can care for dogs ranging from 8 weeks to senior dogs.

If I was to look after your pet I would accomodate outdoor living arrangements, daily interactions with people, physical activity, and ability to adapt or adjust my schedule to your pets normal routine to enhance comfortability.
