Hello, my name is Zoi. I am a 48yr old stay at home mum to an active 4yr old kid and a beautiful 9yr old Abyssinian cat named Soot.

I bacame a sitter after discovering pawshake when we needed to travel interstate for a few weeks and had just lost our gorgeous companion to Soot, Taika. We really didn't want to stress Soot out by removing him from his safe place and home at such a difficult time for him and found pawshake amazing. Our relief in finding someone to care for Soot in his own house really resonated with me and I love that as a sitter I can provide that same reassurance to other pet parents.

A real love of animals runs in our family (my sister is a vet!) but I do have a special affinity for cats, I can't remember a time when I have not had a cat in my life.

Growing up we had 3 cats, 2 dogs, a duck and at some point a few budgies and after leaving home it just didn't feel the same without a pet. This is when I discovered the amazing personalities of Abyssinian cats. Over the years I have owned 3 beautiful Abby's and can't imagine never having one around.  

I offer in home visits, staying for a minimum of half an hour, where I will smother your pet/s in cuddles and pats (if they allow me to. Let's be honest, we know what cats are like!), give them their meals, change their litter, water plants, collect mail, take out/ bring in bins and any other reasonable requests you may have.  

I also offer dog walking where I will take you beloved pooch out for a bit of a run/walk and a really good sniff!

After owning pets for so many years I am also very comfortable in administering medications if required. Due to my cat's and child's ages I do not offer boarding or in home stays.
I am available days or evenings to visit your pets and give them all the care they require.
