Animals have always been a calming and grounding presence in my life, and becoming a pet sitter allows me to share that care and attention with other people’s beloved pets. My motivation comes from genuinely enjoying the quiet companionship, routines, and trust that build when caring for animals in a calm, respectful way. I understand that every pet is different, and I take pride in following each animal’s usual routine so they feel safe, settled, and well cared for while their owners are away.

I have hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats of different personalities, including shy animals, independent pets, and those who simply love company and affection. I currently care for my own pets, including a gentle dog and a shy but affectionate cat, (both which are fantastic with both cats and dogs) which has given me daily experience with feeding routines, playtime, treats, and recognising when pets need space versus attention. I’m patient, observant, and attentive to small details, which helps pets feel comfortable and understood.

I’m also a parent to 2 young children (2 and 5) and a teenager (15) who are gentle, kind, and very used to being around animals. They’re calm, respectful, and taught to understand boundaries with pets, including giving animals space when needed. Any pets in my care are always supervised, and I only accept animals who are comfortable being around children. My home environment is warm, predictable, and family-oriented, which many pets find settling and comforting.

I accept all cats but only accept small & medium sized dogs, who are fully vaccinated to ensure the health and safety of all animals in my care. I offer in-home pet sitting, and doggy day care, with a focus on gentle handling, clear communication, and reliable care. My goal is always to give pet owners peace of mind and pets a calm, caring experience.
