Hi, I'm Talita!

I was born in Brazil and have lived in Australia for 11 years. I'm 39 years old and work in finance, currently based in Tarragindi, Brisbane. I work full-time from home, which allows me to provide constant supervision and companionship to guest pets throughout the day.

I’m a lifelong dog lover and proud dog mum to my beautiful 3-year-old golden retriever mix, Daisy. My first dog was a Labrador Retriever, followed by a Cocker Spaniel. Since moving to Australia, I’ve cared for another Labrador (he was 3 when I met him and my partner) who was blind but lived a full, happy life until nearly 14 years old. Daisy joined our family a couple of years before we said goodbye to our boy, and she’s been a ray of sunshine ever since.

My journey into pet sitting began naturally—after caring for friends’ dogs and seeing how much Daisy enjoyed the company, I realised I could help other families while giving Daisy a four-legged friend to play with. It’s been a joy ever since!

🏡 About My Home

Our household includes my partner Luke, Daisy, and myself. We live in a pet-friendly neighbourhood with access to local parks, bushwalks, and green spaces perfect for outdoor adventures.

Our home features a spacious, fully fenced backyard where dogs can safely explore, run, relax, and play. The gates are secure, and the area is regularly checked to ensure safety. Guest pets are welcome to sleep indoors and will have access to comfortable, clean spaces—whether they prefer a cosy bed or a quiet corner.

🐶 About My Services

• Personalised Care: Your dog will be welcomed into our home and treated like part of the family.
• Medication: I can administer medication as needed, following your instructions carefully.
• Walks: Your dog will join Daisy on two daily walks—morning and late afternoon. Each walk lasts between 30 minutes to 1 hour, with routes ranging from neighbourhood strolls to bushwalks and park visits.
• Boarding Limit: I board only one dog at a time to ensure personalised attention. If your dogs are from the same household, I’m happy to consider boarding them together.
• Supervision: I work from home and spend most of my day with the dogs. Pets are never left alone for more than 2 hours during the week (usually when I go to the gym). On weekends, I try to include your pup in outings, and if not possible, I ensure they’re not left alone for long periods.
• Routine: Pet care is seamlessly integrated into my daily life—playtime in the yard, cuddle breaks, and peaceful naps nearby are all part of the experience.

📅 Availability

I’m available most weekdays and weekends. Since I work from home, I can offer full-time supervision during boarding and daycare, with only short periods away for errands or gym sessions. I’ll always communicate clearly about my schedule and ensure your pet’s needs are met.
