"I couldn't have asked for a better pet sitter for Frankie! I had to change the dates several times due to the pandemic and Karen was very accommodating and flexible. She was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. We appreciated the many updates and photos she shared of Frankie while taking care of him - they were very reassuring! "Emma and Ren looked after my dog, Loki, while I was away for a week. I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention that they provided.
From the moment I contacted them through Pawshake, Emma and Ren were extremely professional and responsive. They set up a meet-and-greet with Loki beforehand to ensure that he would be comfortable with them, which put my mind at ease.
During the week, they sent me daily updates and photos, which made me feel connected, even though I was away. I could tell that they were giving him plenty of love and attention, as he seemed happy and relaxed in all the pictures.
When I picked up Loki, he was in great spirits and seemed to have enjoyed his time. They had even taken him on walks and to the park, which he loves. I could tell that they treated him like their own pet and that he was well taken care of.
Overall, I highly recommend Emma and Ren to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring petsitter. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that Loki was happy and comfortable, and if I need to go away again, I will definitely be using their services again in the future. Thank you, Emma and Ren, for taking such great care of Loki!"
