My name is Louise, I’m a marketer by trade and I live in Fitzroy North. I am an absolute dog lover, offering my services for dog walking, boarding and sitting. I frequently sit and walk dogs for my family and friends and have experience taking care of dogs of all sizes and ages. I also live with a house mate who is also a dog lover and has extensive experience taking care of dogs. I have been working from home full-time since the pandemic so I have a lot of availability to take care of dogs!

In terms of the services I offer:

Dog walking: I am available to walk dogs for a couple hours a day during the week in the morning or evening, and longer on weekends if needed. I can collect and return your dog if required and have a car if travel is needed. I live close to many parks so you can take your dog there. Alternatively, I love the beach so I would love to also take your dog to a nearby beach. My preference is to keep dogs on leash but to take them to designated dog parks so they can run off leash. I am also quite active so if a higher level of exercise is required I would be open to taking your dog for a run.

Doggy day care: I work from home full time so am available to sit dogs during the day and provide constant company and supervision. I have a small backyard that provides enough space for the dog to play in during the day, but can keep your dog entertained throughout the day with toys and walks.

Home dog boarding: I also offer home dog boarding services. Ideally boarding would only be for a night or two but I would be open to longer stays if needed. Your dog would be allowed to sleep inside on a bed that is provided by its owner. In addition to a bed, all other supplies will need to be provided including food, toys and a lead. In terms of household rules, dogs are not allowed on beds and must be toilet trained to go to the bathroom outside.
