About Alexandra
I am a 30 year-old Thomastown resident. I raised in a home with a beloved family dog and I have lots of experience walking and caring for my own and friends/family member's dogs of all sizes and breeds. I'm particularly confident and experienced with larger breeds.
I currently don't have any dogs of my own, so I have full capacity to prioritise your fur-babies' needs. I genuinely enjoy the company of all animals, and feel lots of happiness and fulfilment from showing them plenty of love.
As a certified childcare worker and nanny, I have a calm and responsible nature. I'll show the same level of care and respect to your pets as I would show to children. I adapt my walking and playing style to different dogs' needs; I have experience walking a very elderly and frail Labrador, a boisterous staffy x bull mastiff and an untrained golden retriever among others.
When doing home visits, I go beyond just putting food in your pet's bowl. I always spend time playing and cuddling with them and putting them at ease with me, and will happily send photos and updates on your pet for your peace of mind.
