Hi guys Im a pet sitter/ dog walker in the Sumner and surrounding local areas. Im friendly, kind, honest, reliable and have a police check. I have experience fostering cats/kittens through animal welfare league for over 3 years. This includes providing them with medication and rehab for aggressive behaviors. I also have experience fostering dogs through lucky paws. This includes socializing them with other dogs, teaching basic commands and recovery after surgery.
The dog breeds I have worked with are huskies, Irish wolfhounds and bull Arabs. I am an animal lover and interested in caring for all animals great and small.
I currently have 3 cats and a husky whom have helped raise and rehabilitate all of our foster animals.
Services offered:
Dog walking: 20min to 1hour (dependent on how long you would like). Price starting at $20
Daily Pet sitter: can visit your home to walk the dog and feed or pop in to feed the cats (can spend 1 to 2 hours at your home). Prices starting at $20.
Overnight pet sitter: spend the night at your house caring for the pets. Prices starting at $30.
Short term dog holiday house: dogs to stay at my place. Prices start at $30
Sunday dog adventure: this includes taking the dog on a hike or dog park (Time from 1hour to 3hours- dependent on request). Prices start at $20
I work 9am to 5pm. If you are requiring weekday walks it would be after 6pm and overnight stays will be from 7pm to 7am. On weekends I can spend more time with your pets and take them on adventures. School holidays I am also available to care for your pets whilst your away on holidays.
My house has a medium sized backyard where my dog spends most of her time. There is a large undercover area where she is able to escape from the elements and sleep whilst I’m at work. The backyard is fully fenced and the gate has a lock on it. The cats stay indoors and upstairs. If cats were to stay we have a separate area for them to stay in to have a break from my cats. On weekends the cats have time on the back deck. I live with my partner who does split shifts therefore someone is home most of the time.
