Welcome!

Natalie and Kristal are both enthusiastic animal lovers and have kept various species of animals as pets throughout the years, including dogs, cats, birds, and small mammals.

We would love to help you out with your furry, feathered and scaly family members so you can have peace of mind whilst your away from home. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

We have two beautiful young children, who sometimes make appearances at our visits, if this is not something your comfortable with please let us know at the time of booking.

Kristal has worked as a zookeeper for 13+ years and has a wealth of experience in the animal industry, caring for a wide variety of animal species and all their various needs, including animal training, administering medications and even hand raising baby animals.

We understand the difficulty in leaving your beloved pets in the hands of strangers, so we like to arrange meet and greets to ensure we are a good fit for you, your pets and their needs.

Priors Pet Services is also a registered business with ABN, we have a police check and are fully insured aswell as your protection through pawshake. Please feel free to review our socials for more reviews and piece of mind.

We will happily provide updates/photos at your request throughout our care period to keep you up to date and your minds at ease.

Please note, should you choose to go ahead with booking our service, we collect keys at our Meet and Greets to avoid subsequent visits, otherwise a fee may be charged. Please feel free to discuss alternative arrangements throughout our contact.

SERVICES OFFERED:

* Dog Walking

* Home Visits (1 or 2 visits per day)

*We are not currently offering Doggy Daycare or Dog Boarding at this time.

Each visit is around 30 minutes and will ensure all the basic needs of your pets are tended to including some much-needed playtime/exercise.

It is imperative that we have an emergency contact available during our service should the need ever arise and that we will not be liable for any veterinary fees should they need to occur also.

Please note, we are not responsible for any barking/noise complaints of your pets during our care period, nor are we responsible for any animal escapes including but not limited to house security (fences etc), storms/fireworks etc. The same applies whilst on dog walks, so please ensure you are honest and upfront about your dogs needs/issues, so we can assist them to the best of our ability.
