This was my first time hiring a sitter for my cats and I was very nervous, Ghawady's communication was incredible, it put my mind at ease while I was away and she took such good care of them with their particular and individual needs.
Ghawady was very accomodating and friendly! I booked her last-minute while being overseas and the process was very easy to coordinate. I have two cats who got on really well with her. Meeting her greatly eased the emergency situation stress. She made sure to read and engage with the instructions, so I believe she is detail-oriented. She additionally took the MOST BEAUTIFUL PHOTOS of my cats I have seen. She provided daily updates about the cats and their wellbeing and behaviour.
