Elsa

Hi there! My name is Elsa - and no I'm not from Frozen... although I am from Finland where there's lots of snow and reindeers everywhere! I've lived in Melbourne for five years now and I'm currently in my second year of the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. I love my degree as it combines my love for medicine with animals and nature (which all of us here love, of course!), but in doing so I had to leave all my fluffy friends back home. I miss them dearly and especially the long walks. I'd love to find some company for my daily walks and runs, and it'd be great if it helped you out too! My neighborhood has amazing parks and the dog beaches, and lots of other friendly dogs to play with!

I've always had pets in the house growing up - large and small dogs and a few bunnies. I also did equestrian show-jumping up until moving to Australia so animals have always been a big part of my daily life. Unfortunately, I'm unable to have a pet of my own here or have them stay, but can always occasionally pet sit at yours.

I would love to help you out with dog walking, and can do 1-2 hour walks especially in the mornings but usually throughout the day too.

My degree allows me to ensure you that your pet has a safe and fun time with me while keeping fit and active. I'll adjust the walks to your dog's personal fitness level and make sure their good behavior is always positively reinforced to dim down any naughty stuff. I love to keep you updated with photos and videos too! If I can be of any help with any of your pets - big or small - please let me know and I'd love to help you out!
