Hi! I’m Grace

After growing up with two poodles I dearly loved, I realised how much I miss having a furry friend around. I currently don't have any pets, so this felt like a perfect way to help people while getting to spend time with dogs! I do have a soft spot for poodles, though honestly love all dogs.

I love meeting new dogs and getting to know their unique personalities and quirks, and try to tailor my care to what they need to feel safe, comfortable and happy while in an unfamiliar situation. I'm very mindful of sticking closely to their usual routines so they feel settled while you're away. I also make sure they get plenty of attention, affection and playtime so they feel relaxed and happy.

I understand how important it is to feel confident leaving your dog with someone, and I'll do my best to make both you and your dog feel comfortable. 💗

Before booking

I'll learn about your dog's personality, routines and needs from you, and am happy to arrange a meet and greet if you'd like. Please also let me know about any behaviours, quirks or special needs your dog may have so I can make sure they have the best possible stay.

During the booking

I'll send you regular photos and updates so you can feel reassured that your dog is happy and well cared for.

Environment:

My house is clean with a relaxed atmosphere and comfy furniture that dogs are welcome to lie on, and a secure medium-sized backyard where dogs can relax and play. I'm also just a few minutes from on- and off-leash parks for fun daily walks.

I live with three other dog loving adults, so your dog will have company most of the time. If your dog struggles to be alone at all, this could still work for shorter stays, but please let me know beforehand.

I currently have no pets and am happy to take just one dog at a time. So if your dog isn't good with other dogs and you'd prefer them to be alone, that's absolutely fine. If they are comfortable with other dogs, I may occasionally have a maximum of two small dogs at a time.

Bedtime

Dogs will usually sleep in the living room, in their own bed. If they can't sleep alone and need to be in the bedroom or on the bed, that's also fine as long as they are small and a hypoallergenic breed.

What to bring:

For their comfort, please bring your dog's bed or blanket, a toy or two, their leash for walks, as well as their usual food and snacks. This helps maintain their regular routine and diet while they stay with me.
