ABOUT ME

I absolutely love dogs and have been around them since I was born. Unfortunately my girl Sally (from SAFE but think she was a staffy x kelpie) passed away last year at 14 years old and I'm not in a position to have another dog of my own right now. I am really missing the connection with a dog, and would love your dog like my own!

I am always my friends' first pick for dog sitting while they're away (and as a teen/early 20s did a lot of house sitting for pets), and also volunteer by walking 'old persons' dogs for a local not for profit. Most holidays I have with friends revolve around dog friendly activities for my best friend's gorgeous Labrador.

MY HOME

I live in Scarborough, close to a big park and a couple of dog beaches if that's what your dog enjoys - happy to stick to their usual schedule or favourite activities!

I live in a 2x1 (photos in gallery of main living area) which your dog/s would have full access to.

I have an enclosed courtyard which they would have access to (photos in gallery) but am more than happy to have them inside the house and with me the whole time.

Dogs can sleep in my bedroom, or if they prefer to sleep outside have access to the courtyard.

I do not have children or any other pets.

MY SERVICES

I'll take your dog for a walk, look after them just for the day, or have them spend a weekend with me.

My available days for boarding or day care are days I am off work / working from home (typically Fri-Sun). This allows me to not leave your dog unattended for more than an hour, but probably would end up spending the whole day with them anyway! If your dog would be ok to be left during office hours in a courtyard (and access to laundry), then I'm more than happy to have them on Mon-Thurs if you are on an extended trip away.
