Hi, we're Hany and Elli; passionate, reliable pet sitters with extensive experience in dog sitting, dog grooming, and daycare services. Over the years, we've cared for dogs of all breeds, ages, and personalities, providing everything from last minute overnight stays to daily walks and playtime. We understand that every pet is unique, which is why we tailor every stay and visit to suit your pet's individual needs and routines.

Our Services:

- Walks and exercise: We walk dogs once or twice a day, depending on their energy levels and needs. We often visit a quiet, secure dog park just around the corner which is usually empty and perfect for off-leash time and fetch. For dogs who are anxious, reactive, or not yet desexed, we're happy to do individual walks instead.

- Training: We use every outing as a chance to reinforce good habits. We're happy to support basic training like lead manners, sit/stay/recall, toilet routine, and socialisation (with positive reinforcement... treats!).

- Grooming: Hany is a professional mobile dog groomer and can provide gentle grooming. This includes bathing, drying, brushing, coat care, nail trimming, and hygiene tidy-ups. This can be added to your booking by request.

- Medication: We are confident and experienced in administering all common types of medication, including oral meds, eye/ear drops, creams, and dietary support. We also have experience in handling special needs, emergencies, and vet communication when needed.

- Emergency-ready: We stay calm and clear-headed in emergencies as we have the contacts, transport, and procedures in place just in case. We treat every pet with the same urgency and care as we would our own.

- Experience: While we usually only care for no more than 2-3 dogs at a time to keep things calm and personalised, we've cared for up to 8 dogs at once and are experienced in managing group dynamics. We've also provided long-term in home stays (up to 6 weeks at a time) for owners travelling overseas, with regular updates and full responsibility for their pets and homes.

Time Spent with Pets:

We prioritise supervision and comfort for your (and our) pets:

- Your pet will not be left alone for more than 1-2 hours at a time.

- I (Elli) study Forensic Science but only attend uni once a week. The rest is from home.

- Hany works locally as a mobile dog groomer and is home frequently between jobs.

- There is always someone home, so your pets are supervised and cared for 24/7.

Pet care fits easily into our routine, and spending time with animals is our passion and the highlight of our day. We're both flexible and available throughout the week and weekends, including public holidays and last-minute bookings.

Our Home Environment:

We live together in a two-bedroom granny flat (owned by Hany), which is cosy, clean, and fully pet friendly. It's a calm environment where pets can relax and feel at home.

We have a fully-fenced backyard, and while it's on the smaller side, it's secure and safe for supervised play, toilet breaks, and sunbathing. To make sure that your pets get plenty of stimulation, we spend lots of time at the dog park around the corner, where they can run freely etc. we're often there for between 1-2 hours depending on the dogs energy levels.

Inside our home, your pets are welcome to sleep wherever they feel comfortable, whether it’s a dog bed, lounge, my bed, or crate you provide.

We live together (just the two of us), along with our own pet family (listed in our profile). We're careful to match guest pets with compatible companions and introduce them slowly and carefully with meet and greets.

We're more than happy to seperate pets if needed, and we tailour the environment around your pet's behaviour and comfort level. If a meet and greet doesn't go well or if we feel the dynamic wouldn't be a good fit, we will always put the needs and safety of the pets we are caring for first.

Updates and Communication:

We enjoy sending regular photos/videos and cute little updates so you can relax knowing your pet/s are happy, healthy, and having fun (and for our own enjoyment).
