We are a couple with a border collie "Arya" and we absolutely adore her even though she keeps us on our toes. Both of us have been raised in faimilies with dogs like labrador, german shepherd, mountain burnese and that is the reason for our love for dogs. We recently moved to Melbourne and the first thing we did after settling down was to get Arya.

Working from home allows us to spend quality time with our puppy and develop a special bond. We love dogs and are happy to take care of your puppy or dog. We are both experienced in handling small and large dog breeds and you can leave your dog with us knowing that he/she would be looked after as our own.

There is a small park close to the house where we take Arya if the weather permits where she can play with other dogs or on her own. We also train her at home using positivie training methods including lots of treats, cuddles and belly rubs (oh yeah!!). She is very good with other dogs and this would allow us to take care of your dog as well.

Where will your puppy/dog stay?

We live in an independent duplex house with a big hall and kitchen downstairs and a small open area at the back with 4 walls and a gate. We also have open space out at front that we guard using a dog playpen extended as a fence (check the pics). Your dog will be indoors mostly and if it is sunny, he can be outdoors but only under supervision. We won't be able to leave the dog outside without supervision and under bad weather.

Your pet will have to share the house with me, my husband and our 3 months old border collie puppy :) he/she will have access to the hall downstairs, and the open area in the frong (supervised) and at the back. He will sleep inside the house and will be fed inside the house as well. If you have any specific needs, do let us know and we will try our best to accomodate them.

We can definitely assure safety for your pet and you can leave him/her worry free :)

What can we do for your dog/puppy?

We are home most of the time as we work from home. So your pet will have our full attention and supervision all the time. We can take him/her out for 2 walks a day (morning and night) , about an hours play session in the evening to a nearby oval (fenced off leash area - you can look up citizen's park in Richmond) and small and fun treat training sessions during the day (10-15 mins) if it's a pup.

Eversince we got our pup, we realized how difficult it can be to leave her with someone else, more so with a stranger. This is why we have decided to host pets at home. We totally understand that it can be difficult to trust someone else with your pet.

We would be more than happy to host your pet and can guarantee our utmost sincereity in doing so. He/she would be in good hands. We can provide day stays or longer stays as well. Just ask us what you need and we will do our best.
