Hello,
My name is Mikaela and I live with my partner in our seaside home.
About us - we are a young professional couple that absolutely LOVE dogs. We have grown up with family pets and love looking after other people’s dogs while we wait for the perfect time to get our own fur baby! We have hosted doggy sleepovers and outings with our close friends and familys pets and are now looking for new furry friends!
Our home - we have a modest sized unit with open living/dining area and outdoor balcony. we encourage snuggles on the couch but have plenty of room for doggy beds if alone time is preferred.
Activities - we have two parks either end of our street and within walking distance (Gunnamatta park and Shelly park) for short walks and the cronulla coastal walk for longer walks! We would love to get out on the weekend with your pup if they’re the adventurous type too! other activities can include a walk/jog around the along the esplanade, hitting up greenhills dog beach and brunch at a dog friendly cafes.
Experience - I grew up with two kelpies and was very involved in training and walking them, so I know how to make sure your pup gets a good walk! My partner has experience with Jack Russell’s and Border Collies.
Availability - I work full time from home and my partner works part time from home and the CBD.
we hope we sound like the ideal pet sitters/companions! I (Mikaela) will be the primary companion for your pooch but they will have endless cuddles and attention during their stay!
