We are a family of five - mum (33) and dad (38) with three young boys aged between 5 months to 5 years old. I (mum) am a public servant and my husband is an exercise physiologist. We are a very active family. My husband is a competitive triathle and I'm a competitive hockey player. 

We had a beautiful German shorthaired pointer, Ryder, for 6.5 years after rescuing him at 1.5, but devastatingly, he very suddenly passed away after complications from surgery. We are not ready yet to get a new dog but certainly miss having a dog at home as we have always had a dog growing up and while adults too so thought pet sitting could be a great option to give other dogs lots of love when their family are away, until we are ready for another dog ourselves. I am currently on maternity leave so home more often at the moment too. My husband works from home one day a week too and I have flexibility to work from home when I return to work. 

We have a big backyard perfect for throwing the ball and love taking dogs for walks/runs. We have a dog off-lead area about 200m away as well at Mt Taylor to walk on and several ovals close by to throw the ball. While we don't have official pet sitting experience, we look after my mums dog regularly (golden retriever) and neighbours dogs as needed too. Any guest dog would have to be used to being around young children. 

We offer dog boarding, dog daycare and dog walks. We have experience in administering oral medication to dogs. We would board a maximum of two dogs at one time. We walk the dog for a minimum of 30-60 minutes each day, sometimes longer. Usually only once a day but can be negotiable if needs more than that. Guest pets can sleep indoors or outdoors.
