I am a lifelong dog lover living in Panorama in Adelaide with a large 6ft high fenced back yard around 500sqm. My Border Collie Ziggy loves playing with other dogs and so we are happy to host well behaved trained dogs. Your dog must be toilet trained and obey basic commands sit, stay, and come to their name when off leash - no runners please. They must also not jump on people.

Well behaves dogs are welcome inside and outside our home. We go to Glenside dog park, Oaklands Rd Dog Park, CLG Mortlock Park, Brighton Beach, Glenelg and Belair National Park for walks.

We do other walks around Panorama, the Torrens River or West Beach to Henley Beach. Your dog will board with just my dog Ziggy a 1 yo BC with great training, so 2 dogs altogether. If your dog doesn't get along with cats we can take Harry my ragdoll cat to my partner's home for a break. He is very good with dogs and can handle himself with dogs though, he's much faster than they are. I work from home and so am home all the time.

I spend at least 2 contact hours per day with my dog. I only take vaccinated, well behaved trained pets. Our typical day is wake up around 7.00 am go for 30 min plus lead walk around neighbourhood, beach or national park, morning feed time, a dog park for 20 mins play with other dogs at Mortlock Park in CLG, then home for quiet time, treat and play around 12 noon, treat and training around 3pm, dinner around 6pm, night walk around neighbourhood for 20 to 30 mins, bedtime around 8.30 pm. Please bring your pet's bed, bowls, favourite toy, leads and meals. Your pet is allowed to sleep outside in the yard in our kennel or bed, laundry or for known pets inside the house on mats. We are okay with dogs on couch if well behaved and toilet trained. We cuddle a lot. Inside dogs are allowed in the living room, we spend most indoor time in the living room or kitchen/laundry for feeding.

I have a 13 year old daughter who helps with walking, feeding and games 3 x a day.

We live close to the Adelaide CBD but can pick up or drop off where required. Prior meets and greets are essential but if its urgent we can do daycare before overnight boarding. Repeat customers are extremely valued. We want to make all families happy and assured that their pets are cared for in a loving home.

NB: Animals with behavioural problems are not accepted. If you dog won't listen to repeated commands, barks constantly, jumps or bites we will immediately request you arrange someone to collect them and all bookings will be cancelled.

I regret this but have had some dogs that are not socialised and consequently have caused serious damage to property and myself.
