In my family we currently have two dogs, 4 cats, and 2 kittens (the eldest is the Burmese missing an eye), so I am very experienced with pet minding and absolutely love animals. Most of my previous work experiences are on farms for this reason, caring of course for much larger animals like pigs, horses, donkeys, and cows. I have also enjoyed several (pre-COVID) experiences abroad as a live-in pet sitter over the course of a few days or several weeks, and done the same for local family friends. These experiences involved feeding, walking, bathing, restocking water bowls, changing kitty litter, ensuring the animals and property is locked up at night, and generally helping them not feel so lonely without their human family!

I would love to make some new animal friends in my area while I am studying online in the evenings and have most of the days free. I have both elderly and young cats and dogs, and although my own are medium-size I have house sat for retrievers, border collies and larger dogs, so I have no restrictions with respect to the type of pet I will sit or walk.

The services I offer are pet sitting and walking. As a student without work committments, I am very flexible with hours and days for short house visits, or two in a day, to feed the animal(s), restock water, cuddles (unless they are like my Maine Coon who prefers alone time!), bring a few treats if they are allowed or games for kittens, and other necessities. I am happy to hang around for an hour or two in these short visits if they like company. As for walks, our own dogs tire after 30 minutes, especially as Paddington is a hilly area, but I am happy to take the bigger dogs out for longer walks or runs if they need tiring out.
