I'm a full time vet nurse & qualified in low stress animal handling with a passion for pets!

I love cats, dogs, and "pocket pets" like rabbits and guinea pigs & am currently owned by 4 cats, 5 guinea pigs & a bunny. 

I have limited ability to look after additional pets in my own home but can board smaller "pocket pets" and provide respite care for more complex pets like neonates.

I can very happily provide home visits to check on your pets in their own environment, as well as care for plants, collect mail, walk dogs, and administer medications. 

I can offer overnight stays as well, and longer visits over the weekend.

I love a challenge when it comes to winning over nervous pets, with a special interest in cats and "pocket pets".

I am an experienced neonate raiser and have raised multiple kittens. I have also hand raised a bunny and guinea pig.

Services I can offer include:

House sitting, daily or twice daily visits, poop scooping, dog walking,  mail collection, plant watering.

As I have my own pets at home that I need to check in on, I can not house sit for extended periods of time, but can happily house sit for up to a week and at a pinch could stay for a fortnight at most. 

I would be away during work hours and to check on my pets, feed them and make sure they are happy and healthy, but can spend the night & give your pets oodles of love while I am there! 

Dog walking depends on the local area, but I'm keen to get out and explore! Walks would typically go for 30 mins to one hour but this would really depend on the individual dog and what is best for them.

Depending on what is required, a typical visit would last for 15 - 30 minutes. I love an opportunity to play with your pets and provide some enrichment while I'm there, so if there is an opportunity I will stay longer, especially if I have any concerns about their happiness! 

While my house sitting does include complimentary dog walking, I can't accommodate them for my daily house calls. Generally for dogs I would recommend booking the house sitting as they really do benefit from the company!

I typically work from 9-6, so can provide early morning visits (before 8am) and afternoon/evening visits (usually from 6pm)

My hours can vary a little, and I can start as early as 7:30 & finish as late as 8pm, but I will always be doing 9 hour shifts. 

In addition to this, I can perform tasks such as administering medication (including parasite treatments), trim nails, assist with hygiene trims, basic dog washing, assist with hand rearing small mammals (birds are another level of speciality I am not experienced enough for!)
