Whether you have a farmlet, several furry friends, or a single pet needing daily walks, no pets are too big or small.
I have had several years experience looking after horses, and other farm animals in a recreational capacity. Have always had several pets around me growing up, and while I cannot have my own pets at the moment, always find an excuse to hang out with them.
I enjoy the beach or walking trails with dogs, or the local park for the older and wiser. I am also happy to check on any pets at your home or can house sit while you are away. If you require housesitting, my partner tends to come along as well and he loves animals too. We are respectful and usually bring our own bedding, food etc.
A little about myself: I am a paddling coach, tour guide and outdoor education professional. My work schedule has a few weeks here and there that require me absent, however the winter months are quieter and I will have a lot more regular free time.
I can appreciate that the cooler months can be harder to motivate and get out the door, but also it tends to be a time many Tasmanians take a break to travel. You can have some peace of mind knowing a caring animal lover with an attention for detail will ensure your furry friends are well looked after.
I own a caddy van which can be fitted out for comfy transport for your pet, I am confident in administering oral and topical medications, can provide a calm and soothing environment for your pet, and am happily to take on sitting/walking at the last minute if needed.
Feel free to ask questions, and I hope I can help you and your furry friends in the future.
