Hello Everyone! My name is Alex and I love animals! I grew up with a dog named Harry and hemrit crabs hahah! Our family now has a pet named Teddy :) He is a Bichon Frise and gets along with both dogs and people. We want Teddy to have a play friend and also have more cutness in our home. Speaking of our home it is fenced and quite large both inside and outside. Teddy mostly is an inside dog but Teddy and guest pets can also do a walk around outside. We have experience in taking after pets from friends pets and other pets outside of Pawshake. My parents often take Teddy to the beach on Sundays and if you are open to it we can also take another doggy with Teddy and provide pictures.

In terms of what I expect from pets

Dogs only: At this stage dogs only as Teddy despite showing no signs of agression has still not interacted with other animals besides dogs and don't see the point in taking the risk.

Size: Small dogs only at this stage. 

Temperment: Friendly dogs only. We are fine with the dogs being slow, old and quiet or young and more energetic but the pet needs to be friendly. May request to meet up beforehand. More than happy to drive to an area to see how a potential new member of the family behaves. 

Quantity: At this stage just one pet at a time.

What you can expect from myself and the family:

Teddy and a member of the family at home: If I am not at home Monday to Friday my mum will be. Very rarely there is just Teddy. On the Weekends there is always someone at home and I will make sure that any pet is very loved :)

Lots of hugs and kisses :)

Walks: Mum usually does the walking and I usually do the running. Dependisng on the health, age and temperment of the pet we can do either.

Food: We expect bed and food to be provided however we often cook Teddy fresh chicken. If this is something you want as well in addition to the food provided to us let us know. 

Safe: As mentioned above we have a fenced house 

Toys: We have dog toys but open to having new toys provided to us to make any pet feel more welcome.

Sleep: Pet will be sleeping in my bed or in a dog bed. Whatever the pet prefers.
