"I had to leave my special needs cat while away overseas. I chose Leticia at the recommendation of my cats specialist. Leticia was the perfect choice! She is very caring, attentive, follows instructions very carefully and easily. Besides that she also went above and beyond cleaning up after any accidents my cat had, and there were quite a few. She also watered my plants! Most importantly she was able to administer my cats medication which changed daily depending on how she was. Of course we were able to keep in touch to discuss these things but Leticia was very competent in carrying out instructions for medication. My cat isn’t the easiest to give medicine to, but because Leticia is so caring my cat let her 😊Leticia sent me photos and videos every visit to keep me in the loop with how she was which was very comforting as I was very worried to leave my girl for over two weeks. I could tell in the videos how well they bonded with one another and that my cat trusted her entirely. Leticia always turned up to my house at the time she said she would. I found her to be extremely reliable and trustworthy. I recommend Leticia to anyone who is hesitant about leaving their fur baby behind to go away. She is absolutely amazing! "Once again we are so happy with the care and concern , in particular Luciano provided to Rusty while we were away . We returned to a very happy dog . There is no hesitation to rebook knowing that our Rus is cared for this well. Good for others to know that nothing was ever a problem with specific requirements for Rusty as in medication / diet / and in particular walking as he is an older dog . Huge thanks."

"Ceci and Chris were an absolute delight. They were really good and prompt with their communication, from setting up the first meet and greet to constant updates (plus photos) on how my two boys were doing while I was on my mini holiday. During the meet and greet, my cats warmed up to them quickly and they had such good rapport towards them. From that short first meeting, I could tell that these two really love animals. Came home to a tidy place with all of my requests met and the cats looking very content and happy. Nothing like being reassured by having such lovely people look after your babies.
