Hello there! I am currently travelling around Australia and miss being around my fury friends from back home. I grew up with multiple dogs and some cats here and there and I love the companionship they provide. In recent years I often cat sat my friends cats in Amsterdam which was a lot of fun. Earlier this year I spent 2 months volunteering at a dog shelter in Thailand which I loved and would like to be able to continue being around animals. Additionally I have noticed that I miss caring for something when I am travelling so this is a great way to give me that. It provides purpose, intention and routine in my days. And of course I love cuddles, I mean, who doesn't? I prefer dogs for this reason, they tend to be more friendly and playful but I am happy to look after cats too if they decided that they can trust me. I can take vaccinated or unvaccinated pets. 

About me: I'm 27 years old, well travelled, lived in 6 different countries. Grew up in Africa, spent the last 15 years in Europe and was travelling around South East Asia for the past year. Now I've made it to Australia to see what this beautiful country has to offer. I'm currently living in a self-converted van with my best friend who has found a job in the Northern Lakes. We plan to travel the country but we will be in the area for a while so during our time here I would like to be around and care for animals and thought this would be the perfect way to do that while also making a bit of money. Apart from travel and animals I'm also a nature lover and enjoy being outdoors. I like to live an active lifestyle so dog walking is one of my favourite activities as it ticks all these boxes! Other traits are that I'm responsible, organised and conscientious.
