I grew up in a household with pets. I raised two Chinese civet cats and a pug with my parents.
After growing up, I raised four cats independently. Currently, three cats are at home in China with my parents. All of them are adopted.
My boyfriend and I moved to Australia to start studying and living here last year. It's too expensive to take my cats with me to Australia. And we are not settle down enough to raise our own pets at the moment. That's why I would love to do this pet sitting job.
I’m holding a student dependent visa and have the legal right to work. I work 3-4days a week and stay at home in the rest of the time during the week.
We rented a house in Corio, Geelong for a long-term.There is a large back yard and sturdy fences of the house and public green spaces nearby.

Jiale was amazing looking after my dogs she provided adorable videos and photos and kept me updated, very thoughtful! i would gladly book her again for any future trips!!!
Jiale was looking after my dogs and another family's dogs at the same time. Her partner was staying with the other dogs while she was going to stay 1 night with mine. I had a feeling she didn't stay as the bed wasn't used so I asked her and she admitted that she went back to stay with the other booking leaving my dogs on their own. She said she was worried about the other dogs not getting along with her partner so she had to leave, I don't really believe that story, but regardless, she should have told me & wasn't fair my dogs to be left on their own.
She did apologise and offer to refund me but it wasn't about the money.
I just hope she does stay with other pets and would be more honest in future if she needed to leave or not do more than one booking at a time. I wouldn't be comfortable using her again and I'm unsure of who to trust now :(
She did have good communication and sent me photos of my dogs.
