I’m Stacey, aka Sittin’ Pretty Pet Co. on Facebook and Instagram. I’m your local, experienced, reliable and full-time dog walker and pet sitter. Pawsome to meet you!

*As I operate on a full-time basis my business is appropriately insured independent of Pawshake, along with an up-to-date police clearance.

- EXPERIENCE -

With support from my silly senior Black Labrador Bella and my partner I have been sitting/dog walking since 2018. Over the years I have gained a loyal clientele, expanded my services and at the start of 2024 launched
my small business Sittin’ Pretty Pet Co. full-time. 

In 2025 Sittin’ Pretty Pet Co. will be focusing on our exciting off-lead group adventure walks! They have been dubbed Perth’s Pawventures! For all the details on this service look us up on Facebook or Instagram as unfortunately this is not a service that Pawshake currently has set-up as an option. 

We will still be offering Day care and Overnight sitting services, although our Pawshake calendar my not reflect accurate availability as our priority falls to managing our business page on Facebook, apologies in advance.

- OUR HOME -

Bella (my dog), my partner and I have been slowly renovating
our house. Next is the completion of our front yard!  

We already have a fantastic extra-large securely fenced
backyard with lots of grass and some fruit trees. We also have a big shady deck
that wraps the back of the house. 

If your doggo needs a rest from playing in the yard or
prefers to be inside, there is plenty of sleeping spots to choose from inside.
However, all guests must be house and toilet trained.

- ABOUT BELLA -

Although Bella is senior, she is still social with other dogs and initially very excited to meet new friends. She’s not bothered if your pup prefers people but can be a bit of a grumpy old lady and will set her boundaries with boisterous pooches. Bella and I also won’t tolerate dominate or reactive behaviours and therefore we are best suited to sitting doggos who are calm, well-mannered, obedient and most importantly well socialised with both dogs and people.  

Bella also likes eating too fast, sniffy walks, and when not following you around the house is a snooze machine, usually to be found on one of her three beds. 

- CARE & ACTIVITIES -

Our in-house exercise routine is playing fetch in our backyard but add-on walking services are also available. Please consider carefully the exercise, stimulation needs and typical daily routines of your pup and if walking services will be required.

When it comes to bedtime most guests opt to sleep in our bedroom with us, although not allowed to sleep on our bed, we will settle them on their own before turning out the lights. On the occasion we mind ‘outside’ doggos we are also happy to accommodate that as well. When no one is home, trusted and house-trained guests can remain inside.

Once a successful meet & greet is complete, I can then accommodate (pending availability) any last minute bookings that might pop-up when life throws an unexpected event your way.

- MEET & GREETS -

For doggos we haven’t cared for before an obligation free ‘meet and greet’ will need to be arranged, this includes walking and home visit services. For sits and daycare this initially takes place at the park on our street (neutral ground) to make sure Bella and your pup get along. If this goes well, we can proceed to having more of a sniff in our backyard and a bit more of chat.

- THE RIGHT FIT? -

Leaving your mate in the hands of a stranger is understandably hard as no one knows or loves them like you do, I feel the same when it’s my Bella. I always want to make sure we are the right sitter for you and your pup before any service takes place.

Although I am home more often than not, doggos need to be unperturbed being left on their own. This unfortunately means I’m unable to provide sitting or daycare services for pets that don't cope well in unfamiliar environments, suffer from separation anxiety or need 24 hr supervision because of medical issues, antisocial or destructive behaviours.

- PEACE OF MIND -

In case of an emergency local vets in proximity to our home include Vetwest Yokine and Balcatta Vet24. If you have a regular or preferred vet for any non-emergency situations, please provide their information upon check-in of your pups’ staycation and I of course will accommodate where possible.
