Hello, I’m Evie, a university student and passionate animal lover who would love to look after your pet!!!

I’ve always grown up with animals around, with a beautiful golden retriever and feisty black cat being my twin (or triplet?) siblings until they sadly passed. I now have two gorgeous cats, Esther and Agatha, who live with my parents.

Although I love animals, I’m currently unable to have a pet of my own due to renting and loving to travel, which is exactly why pet-sitting is such a perfect fit for me. I also love the outdoors and would greatly enjoy walking and playing outside with your dog. I will, however, only travel 10-15kms maximum (depending on the length of your holiday) from newcastle city to look after your pet.

I regularly pet-sit my best friend’s one-year-old kelpie, so I’m very comfortable with energetic dogs who need plenty of walks, playtime, and stimulation. I am also equally happy spending quiet time with more relaxed dogs or cats, cuddles and chill time are absolutely welcome here. I also have experience caring for an anxious cat who required regular medication, so I’m patient, attentive, and confident with pets who need a little extra care.

I have dogsat for multiple breeds and tempraments including labrador, kelpie, cavalier king charles spaniel, golden retriever, daschshound, border collie and lots of cats. I will take them for two walks a day and play with them at home if they're very energetic. But if they just need to work out the nose, I'm happy to just keep them company at the park for a while or stroll around the block. I know it can be scary leaving a member of your fam at home so I will make sure to regularly send updates and photos of your pet. 

Whether your pet is high-energy or laid-back, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for at your home while you’re away!
