My name is Ryan. I am 41, I live in Newcastle and I am an experienced dog walker and pet sitter. I have worked with many people and their pets here on PawShake with over 8 years experience, first starting in Newcastle followed by Sydney, Central Coast, Cooranbong and am now back living in Newcastle NSW.

I am an absolute animal lover and grew up surrounded by cats and dogs. In 2022 I sadly lost my dog Daisy of 14yrs. She was my best friend and soul mate and I truly understand the deep connection we make with our life companions and know just how important and special that bond is.

I also adopted two adult rescue cats earlier this year. They are a bonded pair and have had a rough start to their life but are now loving their second chance with me in their new forever home.

I offer two services, dog walking and pet sitting/home visits.

Walks can be either 30min or 60min long and involve me picking up your dog from your home and walking them around your local neighbourhood. Walks are on-leash only and preferably one dog at a time.

Home visits include me visiting your home, feeding, cleaning and spending time with your pets and are generally either once or twice per day for a duration of 30min-60min however the duration and frequency can be modified to suit your specific needs.

Both services can be catered towards your specific requirements and I am more than happy to discuss what works best for you.
