Hi, my name is Helen. I am Chinese. Six years ago, after moving to the Gold Coast, I started pet sitting for cats and dogs, and it truly feels like the best job in the world! 😍😍

I love animals and genuinely care about their wellbeing. I completed my Certificate III in Animal Care Services (Pet Grooming) (ACM30122) in 2024, and I apply what I’ve learned to provide safe, hygienic, and attentive care. This includes maintaining a clean and disinfected environment, recognising signs of illness or injury, and ensuring every dog feels comfortable, relaxed, and happy during their stay.

I have over a year of grooming experience and run a home-based grooming studio. I provide gentle daily brushing to help keep coats healthy and tangle-free. On rainy days, after walks, I make sure to wash and dry the dogs’ legs and bellies so they stay clean and comfortable. Bathing, grooming, and nail trimming can also be arranged before your pet goes home, so you can pick up a clean, fresh, and happy pup. All grooming is done one-on-one in a calm, quiet environment, which is especially suitable for sensitive or anxious dogs. 😁😁

I am a careful, conscientious, and responsible person. Before moving to Australia, I worked at a bank for nine years and became a vice general manager. I now bring the same level of responsibility and attention to detail into my pet care. I take meticulous care of every pet and provide regular photo and video updates for your peace of mind.

I live in a very quiet townhouse with a fenced grass backyard, where your pets can safely enjoy sunshine and fresh air. I only take a limited number of dogs at a time to ensure a calm environment and give each dog plenty of attention and care. Dogs stay indoors with me and are treated like part of the family in a cage-free home.

Dogs sleep indoors, and if they’re used to it, they’re welcome to sleep on the bed too.

I walk dogs daily (free of charge) and often take them, together with my little helper (my best friend’s daughter), to parks or beaches for fun and exercise. 🥳🥳

Most importantly, I truly love and care deeply for these furry little ones. 🥰🥰

Drop-off and pick-up are available between 7 am and 10 pm.

Please ensure your pets:

• are vaccinated and up to date with worming, flea, and tick treatments

• are house-trained

• do not have separation anxiety

• are desexed (male dogs over 12 months old)

• are friendly and non-aggressive
