Hi everyone ! My names Nik, and I love going on adventures with my big boy Basil.

After taking guardianship of a 5 year old in tact male German Shepherd for over a year now, I've learnt a lot about behaviour management, safe and responsible handling, and giving my dog the best possible chance at succeeding in our training. They say owning a German shepherd will turn you into a dog trainer, and that's not too far from the truth. 

My motivation to sign up to this service is to be able to help other dogs become comfortable in all environments.

DOG WALKING SERVICE ( read before booking ) :

This is not a half hour service - and the last place I will be taking your dog to is the dog park.
We will be going on nature walks, to the beach, to bunnings and the shops, we will learn how to be calm at the cafe. For this reason my service will be a 1-2 hour commitment. It will be early in the morning (starting at 7am most times). The whole purpose of this experience is to help build confidence in your dog through exercise and exposure to new experiences. This is MOST beneficial for dogs under 15 months old, but also great for all.

The biggest take away that I have had for this last year, is that consistency and time will naturally create the greatest outcomes. To celebrate the small wins when they happen, and to remain emotionally neutral in the stressful times.

I'm not a dog trainer - but I love learning and improving and I'm fortunate enough to have a dog who is very well behaved with smaller breeds - I can't tell you how many times I've had owners say "my dog usually doesn't like German shepherds, I've never seen him this fine with them".

VACCINATIONS - its totally up to you what you want to do with your dogs health. The only thing I need to see infront of me when I come for pickup, is a healthy happy Dog.
