Hi, I’m Amber!

I’m a newly graduated registered nurse with a lifelong love for animals of all kinds. Growing up surrounded by a variety of pets, from dogs & cats to reptiles & more, I’ve developed a natural ability to understand & care for them.

I have extensive experience administering medications, including oral & topical treatments, as well as managing pets with specific behavioural & dietary needs, mobility challenges, or other special requirements. I’m skilled at tailoring care plans to meet each pet’s unique needs, ensuring they receive the attention & support they deserve.

Your pet’s health, safety, & happiness are my top priorities, & I’m committed to providing them with the care they deserve while you’re away.

In addition to my nursing background, I hold all the necessary checks & certifications for your peace of mind. When I’m not doing further study or working as a practice coordinator at a skin cancer practice, I love spending time at home, so I’m able to give your pets the attention they need & deserve.

Some of my favorite things to do are reading, taking beach walks & enjoying live music with my little sister.

I don’t offer services in my own home, but I’m more than happy to care for your pets in theirs! My availability is subject to work plus I aim to accept bookings with no more than approx. 30 minutes travel.

The services I provide include:

Home visits - Usually 30 minutes to check your pets feed, water & litter box (if applicable). Playtime & cuddles are always included if your pet is interested. I do my best to take a picture also to send through. Happy to help with watering plants/taking bins out as requested.

Walks - Taking your pup/s for a walk ranging from 30 minutes to 1 hour. Happy to take your pup to their local park or the doggy park close by to my home in Mermaid Beach. I am familiar with training techniques & always happy to abide by your individualised instructions.

House sitting - Caring for your home plus your furry friends while you're away. I will take care of your home like it's my own making sure to keep you up to date as regularly as requested.
