"Jacinta was absolutely wonderful. Jacinta was reliable, friendly and incredible with our cats. We were sent cute updates each day and it really put our mind at ease knowing our cats were cared for.
Our two cats are rescue cats and usually very timid and scared of strangers. They shy away and I honestly thought Jacinta would have to leave the food out for sprinkles because she would be too scared to eat in front of a new person. On the first day Jacinta sent me photos of sprinkles not hiding and on day 2 sprinkles was playing with her!!! I honestly could believe it, she has a real understanding for cats behaviours and we are so grateful to have Jacinta come and help us.

"Adrian looked after our cat for 6 weeks while we were on holiday abroad. He has a great knowledge of cats and dogs and even provided us with some very useful tips on cat feeding. He visited us twice before the actual booking dates to familiarise himself with the cat as well as with the surroundings. He updated us with our cat's photos and details of her health after every visit, which was a great relief while we were away for too long. Adrian always checked with us whether something more needs to be done and even offered to buy food for the cat when the supply was running low. We found him to be trustworthy, punctual, systematic and has great compassion towards animals. We will definitely be looking forward to booking Adrian the next time we are away from home! We strongly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a reliable and trustworthy house sitter or a caregiver for their pets. 5 stars!!! Thanks a lot, Adrian!! "

He takes the time to learn all he can about your pet, and spends the time to form a relationship with you and your fur-child. "Prunella and Darren were excellent cat-sitters. They were professional, caring and trustworthy. Prunella and Darren followed all of the instructions we had left perfectly, and were proactive in keeping our cat entertained. They provided daily updates with photos and videos, gave our little one all the attention he needed while we were away, and even watered our plants. It was very reassuring to know that our cat was being taken care of by people that both knew what they were doing and treated him with the affection to which he is accustomed.
