Hey! Just a friendly face offering to care for your pets when you're away. As a owner of two anxious cats myself I understand the stresses that come with going away. For myself, I always prefer someone to come and cat sit for me because they (Harely and Harry) are anxious cats and my priority is always to make sure they feel safe. There are also the financial side of things especially when going away for lengths of time.
I've also had a little Pomeranian growing up. He still lives with my family. Before Harley and Harry, I also lived with another cat called Tux. She was a stray taken in by my friend/flatmate and I would take care of her when my friend is away.
To help you out I can offer to drop in to feed and play with your furry friend/s (cats and dogs), clean and refill the litter. I also have some experience giving medication and if your cats allow, I can clip their claws. For dogs, I'm available to take them on walks (1-1.5hrs) locally. House sitting for 1-2 hrs each visit.
On weekdays I am generally available most evenings. Depending on the area I could possible do early mornings as well. Free most weekends.
Full refund if canceled before 12:00 p.m. 7 days before the booking, 50% refund afterward.
No refund is payable if the booking is canceled on or after the start date.
Note: All times are based on the sitter’s time zone
Doggy day care and Dog walks always have a flexible cancellation policy:
Full refund if canceled before 12:00 p.m. one day before the booking, 50% refund afterward.
No refund is payable if the booking is canceled on or after the start date.
Loreen helped out with my 2 cats when I was away. She was prompt to message and recap on all the instructions provided after our meet and greet.
During the visits she did what she was asked and took care of our cats. On the first day of her visit unfortunately one of our automatic feeders was offline. We were grateful that Loreen helped us top up the other feeder during her future visits.
However, when we got back we noticed that the feeder was offline only because the main switch was not turned on.
The two things I would recommend that you consider doing in the future are:
1. Sending more picture and video updates as there were not many sent. At the end of each visit we received only 1 or 2. Especially since we had a hiccup on the first day.
2. In a future visit if there is a problem that the owner is stressing about perhaps even just getting on a video call as it would help troubleshoot some tech issues.
Loreen is phenomenal! I have the most peace of mind when she looks after my kitty ☺️❤️
