My husband Rod & I are retired animal lovers. We had our kelpie Cassie for 18 years and thought pet sitting might be the answer to our loss of losing her. It has turned out to be the best thing ever- dog sitting- as we derive so much pleasure and fall in love with them all and hate to see them go.
A home away from home is how we treat our four-footed friends, we can only take small/ medium dogs as they have the full run, inside and outside of our home and sleep in our bedroom ( most on our bed) with us.
Owners tell us their dogs are excited to come and play with the other doggies and are happy,although tired when they come to collect them.
Our large 1700 sq.metre property is surrounded be a 1.8 metre fence so very secure.
We live 3 kilometres from the CBD and esplanade.
My husband spends most of his days out in the garden so your dog/ dogs would have lots of company and be welcome to stay inside with me if she/ he preferred and be inside with us both anytime and especially overnight.
I have had dogs all my life and various other animals after coming off a farm in 2003. All dogs are treated with the utmost kindness and receive lots of pats and cuddles when they are away from their owners and with us.
We have all the time in the world( being retired) to devote our full attention to making your fur babies comfortable and enjoy their days with us.

Kaye and Rod are great
Kaye & Rod were wonderful sitters for Maggie and she was made to feel like their own pet during her stay. We felt very safe leaving our dog for the week and they sent regular updates with pictures/videos while we were away. I'd highly recommend them and Maggie will definitely become a regular visitor.
