Hi - I'm Melissa, I'm crazy about all animals and have been working as a pet sitter for about five years. I have also worked as a volunteer at a local animal shelter. Working with animals has always been my dream and I would love to take care of your precious feline and canine family members for you when you can't be there. 

I have well over 20 years experience caring for my own cats and tropical fish. I also have experience with dogs, birds, rats and rabbits. I'm unable to look after your pets in my home as my cats wouldn't approve! But I would love to care for your animals in their own environment while you're away including cleaning out kitty litters and water bowls and poop scooping. Also collecting mail, watering plants and bringing bins in or out to the kerb are all included at no extra cost. 

Home visits can be once or twice a day (normally morning and afternoon/evening) and I would usually spend 30- 45 minutes with your pets (often longer) each time including play and cuddle time if your pets are interested! Special diets are not a problem either and I don't charge any extra for multiple pets (within reason). 

I know how worrying it can be to leave your pets when you go away, so I'm happy to send regular photos and updates. I'm friendly and reliable and will treat your pets as if they were my own. 

I'm often available for pet sitting at short notice. I'm also available for dog walking and only walk one dog at a time, unless they are from the same family. Dog walks are usually thirty to forty minutes in the mornings but this is flexible. I am only occasionally available for house sitting.

I normally only look after pets within a 20 minute drive from my home i.e. at the Northern end of the Central Coast and some Lake Macquarie suburbs e.g. Morisset and Cooranbong. A travel fee will apply for any further distances.

I'm happy to do a Meet & Greet for new clients either face to face or contact free via phone or Skype / Zoom if you prefer.
