Hi there I was a ICU nurse but forced into retirement last year who just loves animals. I love talking dogs for walks to explore their environments. 

I’ve been a dog owner all my life and have had experience with different breeds from lap dogs to working dogs. I also owned two rescue dogs, one of which was very traumatised and lived to 17. 

Now that I’m near retiring from my nursing career meeting like minded pet people and their pets would be dream.  

A little about me - I love bushwalking, camping 🏕 gardening, reading and I sew and knit for a charity. I also sew and make rope toys for Animal league and other rescue centres when I can. I also do voluntary work in my community for environmental mangement in both the ACT & Kosciusko National Parks & I have been a member of the State Emergency Service for 30 years. I completed a course online in dog psychology and training to give me a better understanding with dogs 🐕. Safety is paramount when caring for pets. 

If you’re looking for someone that you can trust with your pet or to tire out your energetic dog, I’m the person you’re looking for. As nurses we have all had police checks for our profession.
