Hello!
I'm Sarah and I have been a Pawshake Pet Sitter since 2016! I have a sweet, adorable little 4y/o King Charles Cavalier Spaniel called Baby Mango and together with my lovely husband, we live in Kings Beach, Caloundra in the Sunshine Coast in a clean/safe unit with a fully fenced outdoor area (available in 2 weeks), 2 dog beaches and large parks just over the road!
I am a Certificate II qualified veterinarian nurse who has completed studies through Greencross Vets where I have had the opportunity to look after both beautiful cats and dogs, (puppies and kittens). I've been so blessed to care for and meet so many amazing animals in both my vet nursing and in my pawshake experience so far.
I am skilled in first aid & wound management, surgical/hospital & post-op care, nutrition, medicating, feeding and grooming (eyes/ears/teeth brushing). I am also a qualified medical (human) radiographer!
I am a kind, caring and compassionate person and have a huge love for animals of all kinds. I always put the needs of your precious pet above all else! I have been lucky enough to have cared for a variety of rescue animals of my own since I was young and I am a strong believer in animal rights. I have worked with and cared for animals with disabilties such as blindness, arthritis, missing limbs and diabetes and believe every animal is equal and deserves all the love in the world 💕
I’m available full time for dog walking, home visits, pet sitting and short term pet boarding at my home. Dog walking - times based on size/health and weather - 25 minutes up to 1 hour walks depending on these factors, twice a day - depending on your preference.
Day Visits - Can stay with your dog/cat during the day at your house for up to 7 hours or provide multiple separate visits during the day - depending on what you and your dog/cat requires.
Boarding - Guest dogs would stay in our lounge area, with free roam of the house (bathroom and 1 bedroom off limits), and access to fresh water and air conditioning. Bring your dogs favourite bed, and their own food/toys/favourite things to help them settle in!
Outdoor area (images provided) is fully fenced and safe, park/dog beach over the road as well.
I am avaliable all day for your pet. Will feed/provide daily fresh water/play with and comfort/provide enrichment etc, whatever is required by yourself and your pet.
I will only be able to board 1 dog a day as I have my own King Charles Cavalier Spaniel as well.
Walks can be taken together (with our little dog) or separately - on your preference. All animals must be vaccinated and up-to-date with heartworm, flea/tick and worming treatment to protect both them and our own dog. Our little female King Charles Cavalier Spaniel, Mango is fully vaccinated and well/up-to-date with preventatives/gentle and playful and loves the beach!

Sarah took upmost care of our Jimbo, I can’t thank her enough for the care and attention she and her partner gave to him and special thanks to Mango for graciously sharing her home with a dog 10 times her size. Jimbo got to go to the beach every day - such a lucky boy.
Sarah was absolutely brilliant! She was kind, friendly and very reliable. Our puppy Honey was incredibly happy and none the wiser that we’d been away for a few days! We would definitely recommend Sarah to anybody looking for a dog sitter/walker and will be using her again in the future!
