Hi, my name is Chris, our house consists of my wife Laura, and our 2 sons Braxdyn and Laiken. We are all animal lovers.

Over the years of my previous employment I have gained training and education in Dog health and nutrition and behaviour indicators and general care. Also cat health and nutrition, fish, small animals and Birds. I have helped many pet owners transition to better food, control some health issues, alleviate bad behaviour, but most of all offer help and assistance where needed or wanted by actually listening to them as a passionate animal lover and person who genuinely cares for the health and life betterment of the pet and pet owner.

At my house, the backyard is fully fenced and side gates padlocked. Dogs have access to the grassed backyard and the concrete patio which also has a secure fence so separation is available if required. Plenty of shelter options, patio, triple garden shed that is always open, and a carport plus LUG. Unfortunately the backyard is not a pretty landscaped paradise due to the foot traffic of kids and dogs. We have a sunroom built onto the house that inside dogs are able to use for sleeping if need be, even though they will have free reign of the house if house trained. You will find 2 Boxers, Sascha and Beau, and an aviary of birds in our backyard. Unfortunately we lost our big beautiful boxer boy Max in November 2019. RIP mate.

I shift work during the day, but most hours are during school hours. So the only time your pet won’t receive attention is during those times. Either my wife Laura or myself are home when kids are finished school. I can guarantee my highly energetic kids will keep your pet entertained. If your dog needs a daily walk, this will unfortunately depend on when I can fit it in due to work hours, so could be a morning or evening walk, which usually is a 30 minute to 1 hour walk, depending on dog size and breed of course, after all, a chunky bulldog can only go so far haha. I also try to identify behaviours, possible causes, basic training ( obviously time of stay makes a difference). Most of all, your pet will definitely get lots of cuddles and play.

Home visits include feeding, water top ups and bowl clean when required. Some play time and interaction, generally 30 minutes all up. If you need your plants watered or anything else checked on I am more than happy to do so. If the home visit includes inside access I’ll also clean up as I go. If like for you to come home to a house the way you left it.
