About Clarabelle

Biography:

People call me the 'Dog Whisperer' because of how much I love dogs, my ability to quickly gain the trust of new dogs I meet and the ability to read their body language. Dog owners I meet on the streets sometimes exclaim, "Wow, he/she has never done that to a stranger before!" as their dog rolls over for more scratches! 

I recently arrived in Australia to study and Sydney has been so good to me! I would love to contribute to the community here by helping pet parents give their dogs a happier and healthier life. 

Being an avid animal-lover and the main caretaker of 2 family dogs since I was a younger girl has trained me to read dog body language well and learn to be respectful of the boundaries of every animal I meet. I was the main caretaker of my senior Shiba Inu until I left Singapore in December 2021.

Your pet's health and happiness are the two most important things I desire for all pets! I believe that pets are one of God's best gifts and they are worth taking care of and loving generously.  

Services:

Home visits:

  • Feeding the pet(s) and refill water bowl

  • Bring the dog out to toilet and cleaning up after your pet*

  • Give medication

  • Playtime with the pet

  • Cleaning your pet's paws, limbs, lower belly, private parts and anus after every walk or outdoor playtime in your backyard/front yard* 

  • Basic cleaning, including cleaning eyes/tear stains, ears, brushing teeth, brushing and/or changing dog diapers*

  • Reinforce learned tricks through repetition or teach new tricks (such as sit, down, play dead, crawl, hug, etc)

  • For senior dogs, I can give your pet a warm-up massage or help your pet stretch prior to a long walk (if requested)

  • For puppies, I can help reinforce existing toilet training or other basic training like heeling, no biting furniture and humans etc 

  • Any feedback on potential health issues or injuries if I spot any during walks or during cleaning

  • 30 - 45 minutes of no-distractions, fully engaged companionship with your pet :) 

    • House sitting & Boarding:

    • Everything above!

    • Only one dog/one household at a time - this means your dog gets 100% of my care and attention! 

    • At least 1 hour of walks (can be split into multiple walks or one long walk)

    • 30 to 45 minutes no-distractions, fully engaged play-time or training

    • Able to help bring in mail, bring out the bins on garbage day and water plants

    • Give your dog a 30-60 minutes massage to help relieve arthritis pain, to de-stress or to relieve tension in the body (Massage is extremely beneficial for dogs of all ages!)

    • Give your dog some basic cleaning, including cleaning eyes/tear stains, ears, brushing teeth, brushing and/or changing dog diapers

    • Up to 24 hours

    • Ensure that all doors are locked at all times and windows closed overnight 

      • Dog Walking:

      • Physical activity for your pet (can be walking around the neighbourhood, play-time in the backyard/frontyard or in your house)

      • Cleaning up after your pet

      • Cleaning your pet's paws, limbs, lower belly, private parts and anus after every walk or outdoor playtime in your backyard/front yard* 

      • For senior dogs, I can give your pet a warm-up massage or help your pet stretch prior to a walk 

      • Any feedback on potential health issues or injuries if I spot any during walks or during cleaning

      • 30 - 45 minutes of no-distractions, fully engaged companionship with your pet :)

        Our girls have the greatest experience with Clarabelle. She has given them will full attention and care. Clarabelle also provides us with lots of updates (photos) so that we don’t have to worry about during our trip. She has also given us with lots of useful care tips. Highly recommend. Really grateful to have her to take care of our babies
