Hello, my name is Esther and I'm a 22-year-old student at the University of Canberra. I’m finding myself with a lot of free time in between classes and studies.

I am looking to fill this free time with helping people and creating happy moments - so I came here to Pawshake! Growing up I had a few pets, including fish, birds, and cats, though unfortunately never a dog. My current housemates have had a dog for 2 years now. We share the tasks involving him, and I have loved every minute of finally having a dog in my life. We share parts in training him and take turns feeding, playing with and walking him as well. I have always loved working with and being with animals, and am available for many services to help you and your furry friend/s out.

For years when I was young, I thought I wanted to be a vet or work in a zoo with animals 24/7. I am capable of caring for many pets - fish, birds, cats, hamsters, and dogs! I am able to do home visits, wherein I will attend to your pet's needs, play with your pet, and make them forget they were feeling at all lonely. I am also able to come over and look after your pet (housesit), wherein I will tend to their needs, and ensure they are entertained and exercised if need be. In either of these circumstances, I will work with you to ensure I understand their normal routine and avoid any stressful situations for your loved one/s. I love to go for long walks or bike rides in the afternoon, so it would be no problem bringing them along with me as well.
