I'm Mav. I've been looking after pets for 10+ years, where 5+ years have been here on Pawshake.

About Me

I'm a huge animal lover, especially dogs (as you can tell from the photos). I've been around pets for more than half my life. I grew up with a mini schnauzer, Schatzie, and lived with a golden retriever, Leon, for a few years. I WILL say hi to any dog that I pass by. I’ve also had fish and terrapin growing up. 

I've been trusted to pet sit for friends and family for years whenever they are away. I'd love to help out other pet owners in the same way. I'll care for your pets like my own. Be rest assured, your pets will be in safe hands. 

I'm comfortable looking after dogs of all sizes. Other than dogs, I'd love to care for your cats, rabbits, birds, guinea pigs, fish and turtle too.

Services I Provide

For every service, I'll take at least one photo of your pet for your peace of mind 😊 Feel free to send me a message before you make a booking. I am happy to work with you around any necessary arrangements that you may have. 

Dog Walking

Dog walks/playtime at the park will be at least 30 minutes unless there are other restrictions that shorten these. The more energy your dogs have, the better! Please note that you will need to provide a leash, collar/harness or any other equipment you need for walks.

Home Visits

I can visit your home once or twice daily. For each visit, I'll stay for at least 20 minutes to check on and play with your pet. I'm happy to help out with other basic house tasks such as watering your garden and/or taking your bins or mail in if you'll be away for a long time.
